Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kanjoos, we take pride in our handcrafted hampers.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing, and cancellations are not accepted.

  • Returns: Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please email us at support@kanjoos.online with a photo/video within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or a refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
